With centralized access through any modern web browser, smartphone, or tablet, users can easily monitor and manage multi-site operations from anywhere. Starllion™ supports a wide range of ONVIF-compliant cameras and offers flexible connection options including direct stream URLs, as well as its advanced Push Module for a fully encrypted, plug-and-play setup. This encrypted tunnel bypasses common router and firewall issues, ensuring quick installation and a secure, scalable connection.

Starllion™ PUSH Technology enables Plug & Play cloud connection for cameras without any security risks. Simplifying the setup process by simply connecting the camera to their router. Cameras without the PUSH technology can still be seamlessly connected to the cloud using the Gateway device.
How it Operates
Starllion™ Push Technology initiates a secure outbound TCP connection over port 443 upon startup, enabling a firewall-friendly link to the cloud. Unlike traditional P2P methods, this approach ensures greater compatibility across networks and ISPs, without requiring complex configurations.
Module establishes a secure, end-to-end encrypted connection between the device and the cloud, utilizing TLS protocol and AES 256-bit encryption to safeguard all transmitted data.
Starllion™ secures both video and metadata with full encryption from the moment footage is captured to the instant it’s viewed through the cloud platform, ensuring continuous end-to-end protection.
Designed for performance and reliability, the Starllion™ Push Technology minimizes CPU and memory load, allowing cameras to handle edge analytics smoothly while maintaining optimal operating temperatures.
Edge devices can be accessed securely without the need to expose public IP or ports.
Starllion™ requires no modifications to the edge device’s firmware, preserving its security. The Push Technology is deployed as an independent add-on, facilitating direct and secure connection of cameras to the Starllion Cloud Platform.
The Starllion™ module includes a feature to completely secure a camera by restricting access exclusively to the cloud, disabling any local connections.
Starllion™ offers a Push Proxy server that generates temporary and secure URL, allowing cloud-based access to the edge device's web UI for efficient troubleshooting and maintenance.

With Amazon S3 providing 99.999999999% durability, data is guaranteed to remain intact once it reaches the servers. The P&P method offers a secure, seamless connection for cameras, where encrypted data streams are tunneled directly to the servers—eliminating the need for port forwarding or open ports, thus protecting the network from external threats. Video data is transmitted through a secure, encrypted tunnel to AWS.
