Key Considerations

The fire detection module is designed for relatively large fires and may not detect smaller sources, such as cigarette lighting or matches.

 

Fires must occupy at least 4%-5% of the image to ensure detection.

 

Smoke detection is optimized for opaque smoke and may not effectively identify less dense smoke from cigarettes or vaping devices.
