The integrator account serves as a central hub for controlling and monitoring all customer accounts, simplifying system management and maintenance. Typically, separate customer accounts need to be created under the integrator account.
The Starllion Cloud platform is designed to be user-friendly, allowing easy control and management of all customers and their cameras through a centralized approach.
However, integrators do not have access to view customer cameras to ensure that unauthorized access or misuse is prevented.
All clients can be controlled from the integrator account.

Yes
All associated users, cameras, alerts, and other data are removed from the system when a customer or integrator account is deleted.
The following outlines the process:
· Customer Deletion
All users, alerts, and webhooks linked to the customer account are deleted. Activity logs with basic information remain, but all camera-related data (footage, saved clips, events) is erased from AWS servers within 24 hours and cannot be restored. The logs will retain basic details about the operations performed by users, such as the IP address used for login.
· Camera Deletion
When a camera is deleted by either the customer or integrator, all camera data, archives, events, and clips are erased. Only details about the camera model and information on who deleted the camera and when will be retained in the logs.
· Integrator Deletion
When an integrator account is deleted, all customer accounts, cameras, associated data, users, alerts, events, and customer logs are removed. Only activity logs of integrator-level users are retained, along with information on who deleted the account and when.
